De retour dans le 1/12èm, pour une vieille dame charmante, fin 19èm, et qui tricote !

Ah le flash... terrible... je ne suis vraiment pas douée pour prendre mes poupées en photo !
Enfin, bref, voici donc ma grand-mère, confortablement assise dans un fauteuil House of Miniatures, et entrain de tricoter une petite brassière en soie mauve...

Anyway, so here is my grandmother, confortably seated in an armchair House of Miniatures, and go to knit a small purple silk jacket...
Elle est habillée d'une robe très sobre, en soie bleu nuit, agrémentée de dentelle ancienne, et elle porte une simple croix en guise de bijou.
She wears a sober dress, in midnight blue silk, adornated with old lace. And she wears a simply cross as a jewel.
J'ai tricoté le petit pull avec du fil de soie Gutermann et des aiguilles 0.75 mm avant de transférer le tricot sur des épingles pour simuler les aiguilles à tricoter ! Et le pire, c'était que les épingles étaient plus grosses que mes aiguilles... Terrible pour mes pauvres yeux myopes !
I knit the sweater with Gutermann silk thread and needles 0,75mm before transferring the knitting on pins to simulate the knitting needles in 1" sc ! And the worst part was that the pins were bigger than my hands... terrible my poor myopic eyes !
Ici un gros plan sur le tricot... le flash dénature la couleur. En réalité c'est un très jolie mauve pale...
Here is a close up of the knitting... the flash distorts the color. In reality, it's a very pretty pale mauve...
On ne le voit pas très bien mais pendant que j'y étais, j'ai également fait le napperon derrière sa tête... même fil, mais écru cette fois et au crochet (0.4 mm)...
We don't see very well but while I was there, I also made the mat behind her head... same thread but this time ecru, and tiny crochet (0.4mm)...
Une vieille dame tout à fait charmante... ne lui manque plus que la tasse de thé pour se reposer les mains !!
